I typically use “cross block” with my heavy weight, but don’t be afraid of the regular block either. It is prone to leaving you open for straights and is really only good for a counter puncher which my style is way opposite from. Using “philly shell” as your block style. I also keep my reach between 77-82 inches which gives you all around power with straights and uppercuts. I keep my fighters between 6′-3″ and 6′-5″ with a weight between 225-235 pounds.

Actually a maxed out fighter will get tired faster anyways. I beat maxed out fighters with tiny guys just to prove a point. For my tips to work you first need a foundation which is put into place when building your fighter.
